For me I think of it as a unique type of social network organized around certain principles and mediated through this one particular blockchain. We build trust in each other by not having to trust the system not to screw us over. We are protected in the input of our precious resources (energy, cognition, creativity, etc) by the ironclad promise of future scarcity.

Epic is primarily a community for me. Accumulation of minds, views, years of experience from various fields, energetic people and respectful attitude to other projects…

On my own, perhaps, I will add that it was here, after a long time, that I found the answers to my long-standing unsolvable riddle – How can a classic cryptocurrency become a ubiquitous means of payment in the real world along with fiat in spite of its crazy volatility? Here I learned for myself that cryptocurrency alone is not enough, complexity is needed. That is why Epic consists of three parts as a whole – EPIC (classic cryptocurrency), EUSD (the expression of this cryptocurrency in fiat) and ECR (the driving force of ecosystem and self-government)

What can I say… here I learned about economics in a year as much as I did not learn at the university in 5 years 😁

Freedom without limits through merit, for those who are smart enough to see it and hard working enough to achieve it. One of the discouraging problems in some parts of the world is that no matter how much work you do, you may have a very hard time getting ahead, within the Epic ecosystem people who are willing to put in the work (time and effort) can benefit regardless of their physical location in the world and regardless of their circumstances.
